Calaveras County

Calaveras County

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

Commissioned December, 2012 Domestic WW, New Construction Permit(s); Reuse TN 10 Municipal treatment  Reuse MMF Capacity: 0.125 MGD 1.0 FTE (Full‐Time Employees)
The plant blends new technology with old activated sludge rules of thumb.  The learning curve has been very short.

DESCRIPTION

This facility was looking for ease of operation, installation, and future expansion.  Ovivo provided their modular MPAC MBR System to meet all of these needs.    With steel tank construction and equipment skid, the system setup required very little in the way of existing site preparation.    The modular design also provides system flexibility by allowing re‐configuration of process zones as required by actual influent flow and loading conditions.    An inherent advantage of the Ovivo MBR system is the ease of expansion.
