PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

The plant operates virtually unattended with the exception of solids handling and biannual membrane cleaning.
DESCRIPTION
Eagle Crest Resorts, a full service destination resort located on 1,700 acres in the high desert of Central Oregon, constructed a wastewater treatment plant with ENVIROQUIP® MBR Technology to service the resort. Ovivo MBR system was selected for this application based upon its small footprint, low maintenance, simple operation and superior effluent quality. The treatment plant gets wastewater from a 100‐room inn, town homes, a restaurant and various recreational facilities at the resort. Effluent from the plant is utilized for irrigation of the four golf courses at the site, reducing the demand on the local aquifer. The plant is completely enclosed within a building to minimize the visibility of the plant the potential for noise and/or odors.
