Clean water from MBR, safe for Ecology and reuse.
DESCRIPTION
Edgewood is a small town in Santa Fe County, New Mexico at an elevation of 6500 ft. Aqua engineering and Ovivo teamed up to provide a MBR solution for their wastewater treatment problem. As a result of the new MBR WWTP, a 10,000 gpd Walmart MBR treatment system was relieved and flow diverted to the towns new WWTP. Effluent disposal was set for land application for the benefit of irrigating crops, public turf field irrigation, and disposal on highway medians and for dust control on unpaved roads. The MBR system is housed inside a bldg to prevent freezing during extreme winter weather conditions.
