PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

MBR technology selected due to simplified operations, limited footprint and ability to consistently meet effluent at variable loaded conditions.
DESCRIPTION
Flag Anguilla Luxury Properties, LLC contracted with TSG Water out of Gainesville, FL to design and construct a wastewater treatment plant to support a luxury golf resort planned for Anguilla, British West Indies. This resort includes an 18‐hole golf course designed by Greg Norman, a hotel, luxury condominiums and individual residences. TSG selected and designed a membrane bioreactor (MBR) plant that will initially provide 120,000 gpd of capacity but can be expanded to 240,000 gpd. MBR technology was selected based on simplicity of operation, limited footprint requirements and overall ability to consistently produce high quality reuse water. The MBR system is designed with anoxic, aerobic and membrane treatment to produce tertiary quality reuse water for golf course irrigation.
