A decentralized MBR System helps bring this developer project to fruition.
DESCRIPTION
Greenbrier Village Condominiums is a 248‐unit residence on approximately 55 acres of a 76 acres wooded parcel surrounded primarily by nature. In undertaking the design, engineering, and permitting of this development, alternatives were evaluated for the most cost‐effective means of providing sewer to the site, including extending the sewer lines and/or providing an on‐site wastewater treatment plant. A decentralized approach was taken and the Enviroquip MBR System was selected due to its compact size, superior treatment efficiency, ease of operation and ability to accommodate wide ranges in flow and loading. The plant infrastructure is in place to easily double the capacity in phase 2
