PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

The Facility utilizes a state of the art process to treat waste to be nearly clean enough for household use.
DESCRIPTION
In 2005, the Jerome Wastewater Treatment Plant was nearing design capacity with a flow of 2 million gallons per day. Ovivo's MBR replaces the existing activated sludge, extended aeration process, which offered very limited biological nutrient removal. Ovivo was able to provide a complete MBR system providing a significant cost savings to the city, all while producing superior quality effluent, allowing the city the opportunity to fall way below its allowed BOD, TSS, Phosphorus and Total nitrogen levels. Ovivo offered an advanced approach to the large plant application by reducing the number of parts and thus the number of possible failure points, allowing for future expansion, and providing the simplest most reliable MBR product available.
