A compact design to maximize flow per total footprint
DESCRIPTION
MBR system was required to treat combined flows from a casino and prison to be discharged to the groundwater. The Tribe decided to employ membrane bioreactor (MBR) technology in part to increase the level of wastewater treatment. MBRs were also selected for their ability to minimize site footprint requirements on the property and provide the capability for remote facility operations, nutrient removal. The Nisqually plant is currently under construction.
