Tertiary effluent meets Title 22 requirements, and is applied for Golf Course Irrigation.
DESCRIPTION
Skyline Ranch Country Club, a private golf community near San Diego, CA, upgraded its water reclamation facility with ENVIROQUIP MBR Technology. The original treatment plant was constructed in 1973 to serve the Skyline Ranch Country Club (SRCC), a mobile home park of approximately 220 homes and a 9‐hole golf course. The park is privately owned by SRCC, LLC, but the Valley Center Municipal Water District owns and operates the treatment plant under RWQCB permit. The original plant was a conventional activated sludge package plant, which after 30+ years was in poor condition and required replacement or major overhaul.
