PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

One of the longest operating MBR plants in the country, we regularly get visitors for tours.
DESCRIPTION
The Tulalip Tribes of Washington have selected ENVIROQUIP MBR Technology® to treat wastewater for a business park development in Tulalip, WA. The initial phase of the development included a casino, several commercial businesses, office space, a shopping center, and even a theme park. Several wastewater treatment options were investigated, including co‐treatment at the City of Marysville WWTP, and the upgrade of an existing oxidation ditch near the site, before the Tribes decided to construct a new dedicated wastewater treatment facility for the new business park. However, officials from the Tribe and their consultant, Parametrix, concluded that ENVIROQUIP’s MBR process was particularly attractive due to its small footprint and ability to produce reuse‐quality effluent.
